3. Nature of the service
QuickBizLine provides educational information and a referral pathway that connects interested agencies and businesses with a licensed business connectivity partner (currently FiberOnyx). All availability checks, eligibility determinations, quotes, pricing, contract terms, approvals, installations, billing, and service fulfillment are handled exclusively by the licensed partner. QuickBizLine does not provide quotes, make carrier claims, or guarantee any service outcome.

5. Referrals and third parties
When you choose to be connected with our licensed partner, your engagement with that partner is governed by the partner's own terms, policies, and agreements. QuickBizLine is not a party to any agreement between you and the partner and is not responsible for the partner's acts, omissions, services, or pricing. QuickBizLine may receive compensation for referrals.
6. Email communications
If you provide your contact information or engage with our outreach, we may contact you by email about the referral program. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may opt out at any time and we will honor opt-out requests promptly in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable law.
